Employee Assistance Program
RPCS, through a benefit plan provided by EBS (Educators Benefit Services), pays the entire cost and provides an EAP for confidential counseling needs. Our EAP program is administered by the United Behavioral Health and offers counseling on many matters, including: family and marital problems, emotional strains, substance abuse, work stresses, financial and legal matters.
