AFTER SCHOOL CLUB FOR RPCS GIRLS:
CREATIVE DRAMA CLUB - A specially designed 8 week after school activity, just for you! Creative Drama Classes use theater games, dramatic play, story enactment, imagination journeys and music to let young children present. You will benefit from dramatic experiences and there is no pressure to perform. The emphasis is on the process, rather than the product. Creative drama can let YOU learn about emotions, problem solving and relating to others. Children can develop their imaginations and confidence and pretend to be anything you want to be. Girls will have a snack before the program begins, and will be dismissed from the Harris Center, for convenient pick-up.

Anne Townsend
One minute, your child is crying in the corner, and next they are glued to your side. Then, they are smiling and having a great time, and suddenly the tears arrive. This one-evening program will help you understand the factors that contribute to your child’s “explosive” behavior and show you workable tools to help your child develop skills to increase flexibility and decrease frustration – for everyone!
NOTE: Directed to parents with children ages 18 months to 5 years
