NOTE:  Materials fee is payable to instructor on the first day of class.

Janet B. Waters grew up in a family filled with creativity – they all share in bringing a multitude of fiber and sewing skills to her work. She exhibits and sells her artwork in area galleries, museums and art festivals. Janet teaches at after school programs like Bright Starts & Child First Authority, summer camps at Howard County Arts Council as well as teaching adults at CCBC.
